Debbie Trumper is the driving force behind DTConsultancy, bringing over 30 years of beauty industry experience and a naturally intuitive approach to helping brands grow with clarity and confidence. With a rich background that spans brand development, commercial strategy, and retail readiness, Debbie has a deep understanding of what it takes to prepare a beauty brand to face the buyer at every level.

Before founding DTConsultancy, Debbie spent many years as a beauty retail buyer, gaining invaluable firsthand insight into what retailers look for, how decisions are made, and what truly makes a brand stand out. This experience underpins her consultancy packages and shapes the practical, commercially grounded support she offers today.

Debbie also served as Chairman of COPRA (The Cosmetics & Perfumery Retailers Association) and continues to work closely with the organisation supporting its members, contributing to its development, and playing a lead role in bringing the COPRA events alive.

Her ongoing involvement reflects her commitment to strengthening the beauty retail community from the inside out.
